Harnessing the Power of OpenAI inside Power Virtual Agents

During this session we'll create a Power Virtual Agent that can connect to OpenAI (Direct or Azure) to take advantage of ChatGPT and DALL-E image creation. We'll discuss the fallback topic as a mechanism for triggering OpenAI calls, review optimal ways to call the APIs, and also walk through how to retain chat history within PVA, which is a must for creating a conversational bot that "remembers" everything you've discussed. After the session, you'll walk away with the knowledge and tools to build your own OpenAI-infused chatbot within your organization!
