Rachel works as a Systems Administrator III for CNC Software, Inc. in Tolland CT managing all parts of their Microsoft 365 tenant.  With over 20 years’ experience supporting Microsoft technologies she now specializes in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, Flow, PowerApps and whatever else gets thrown her way.  She’s been dubbed the “Office and Teams Princess” at her current job and wears her crown proudly.
