John Calladine

This session will be rescheduled for a future date.

Come join your resident wine expert John Calladine, as we explore the World of Wines.

John and Fran - the store’s tasting manager – will travel across the globe (metaphorically) as we’ll try wines suitable for a winter’s night.

Mostly Reds, though starting with a value Champagne, we’ll provide insights into what makes each wine so special, the grapes and the regions.

Promiss to finish with a nice strong (and sweet) Port. Food will be provided. Pours will be small tasting amounts, so we can all get home safely.

John Calladine is an M365 Architect with JCPC Consulting. He has an alter-ego as a Wine Tutor, having studied the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Advanced Certificate in the UK, and completed the Boston University Wine Studies level 3 (out of 4) in MA. Sad to say there’s not enough money to be made in the wine industry, hence the full job in IT. But it’s great fun practicing the former.
