About Us

The Boston Office 365 User Group is a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing technology education, digital literacy, and workforce skills throughout New England.

Founded in 2014, our mission is to provide free, publicly accessible educational programs that help individuals and organizations develop knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud computing, collaboration tools, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital workplace solutions.

Through monthly educational events, workshops, community presentations, and online resources, we provide learning opportunities for students, educators, nonprofit organizations, job seekers, small businesses, public-sector professionals, and community members seeking to improve their technology skills.

Our programs are open to the public and offered without membership requirements. Educational sessions are delivered by volunteer subject matter experts, Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs), technology practitioners, authors, trainers, and community leaders who share practical knowledge and real-world experience.

All sponsorships and donations are used solely to support our educational mission, including website hosting, event registration services, communications, virtual meeting platforms, educational content delivery, and other operational expenses necessary to provide free community learning opportunities.

Since our founding, we have delivered hundreds of free educational sessions and have helped thousands of attendees gain access to technology education and professional development opportunities that might otherwise be unavailable or cost prohibitive.
